Ocean Ladies was born from a dream. Can you tell us how everything started and what the project is about?

It all started with one woman’s dream. All my adult life I had wanted to cross the Atlantic Ocean with an all-female crew. Why with women? I am a sailing instructor and my goal is to make women believe in themselves and in their skills. We can do it if the attitude is right. In my experience, we learn best by working together.
