Swan Med Regatta 2023 – The Tuscany Challenge

Close and competitive racing down to the wire was the hallmark of the Swan One Design Worlds and the first ever Swan Med Regatta-The Tuscany Challenge as the 2023 ClubSwan Racing season concluded in dramatic fashion.

Swan Series 2023 – FINAL RESULTS

Another edition of the SWAN MAXI SERIES and the SWAN REGIONAL SERIES wrapped up with an overall attendance of over ninety boats mapped around the globe.

Well done to the best-placed MAXI SWAN, ClubSwan 80 MY SONG.

For the SWAN BALTIC SERIES, the best-performer was undoubtedly ORC Worlds silver medalist, Peter Buhl, onboard his ClubSwan 42 SIRENA.

Another ClubSwan 42 took the lead in the SWAN MED SERIES, where Antonino Venneri’s SUSPIRIA THE REVENGE had to fight for a place on the ClubSwan 42 podium (in fact, second place was awarded to Nicola De Gemmis’ MORGAN V and third place went to BE WILD – Renzo Grottesi).

Once again, Paul Zabetakis achieved 1st place in the SWAN NORTH-AM SERIES, onboard ClubSwan 42 IMPETUOUS, while the leading team in the SWAN SOLENT SERIES was Richard Loftus’ Swan 65 DESPERADO OF COWES.

 

Rolex Middle Sea Race

Malta (MLT), 21 October

The 44th edition of the Rolex Middle Sea Race saw a participation of more than 110 yachts. The Rolex Middle Sea Race course is approximately 606 nautical miles long and is sailed anti-clockwise, starting from Grand Harbour, Valletta, Malta.

ClubSwan Racing extends their congratulations to ClubSwan 42 BE WILD which won in ORC 4 Class and placed 2nd in IRC Class 4. Moreover, Swan 53 SILVEREN SWAEN finished 3rd in IRC Class 4.
