Swan 57 Algol V

We are now well into the “end-of-the-works” period and boats are leaving the yards to start their new sailing season.

This March we have said goodbye to Swan 57-007 Algol V after a long stay in Badalona, where we have seen an impressive transformation.

This S&S was built in 1978 and some updates were needed to systems, engine, electronics, and plumbing. A complete rig check has been carried out.  We also motorized the winches which will facilitate easy sailing and maneuverings.

The most important change is that a teak deck has been added and now it has turned out to be a much nicer, cozy and comfortable boat.

“I’m very happy with the work done to the boat and the relations with the yard, especially with Paco, our Project Manager, he has been very friendly and confident, and I rely on him.  The boat is now what I wanted her to be” said Algol’s owner.

In the next weeks you will see these many transformations in our social media that we are thrilled to share with you.  Stay tuned!

Worldwide Copenhagen

Full winter morning for our team in Northern Europe onboard two Swan 58’s in Denmark.

Team NSGS Hamble have been out in Copenhagen looking at upgrades and winter refit options for Shine & Benita, also preparing the yachts for our team of boat builders to arrive to make some improvements. A busy week made a little bit harder with the cold and snowy weather.

Stay tuned for upcoming news about Service in UK and North of Europe region.

Painting Shed Scarlino

Scarlino painting shed is very busy these days!

With a capacity of five yachts up to 80 feet and a preparation area plus spray-painting area, this facility is a great value for refit and maintenance work at Scarlino.

Painting inside the shed allows complete control of temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors and in return you get a much higher quality and longer-lasting paint job.

It also allows us to save on plastic tents and to meet anti-pollution requirements for painting boats.
