Jointly organized by the Finnish Yard and the City of Turku, the Swan European Regatta saw a fleet of 43 Swan yachts attending the event, coming from Finland, Sweden and Germany to celebrate this important moment.

Swan 36 Tarantella, the first GRP Swan ever built, took part in the race crewed by Nautor’s team, including Commercial and After-Sales personnel. Despite her age, this iconic yacht gained third place in ORC2.

The Swan European Trophy, designed by the artist and designer Maria Sole Ferragamo, was awarded jointly to ORC1 and ORC2 winners, respectively – Swan 45 Aurora and Swan 37 Tarantella II.

Swan 46 MK 1 Matangi claimed the prize for the best maintained Swan, the award for the best-presented boat during the event went to Swan 40 Berla S, while the best placed S&S Swan was Swan 37 Tarantella II.  The award from the race committee went to to Swan 441 Carissa.
