Scarlino Yacht Service, the in-house boatyard of Marina di Scarlino, was established by Nautor’s Swan in 2004 as a key component to an innovative project to create an ideal link for sailors and lovers of the sea between the Tuscan Maremma and its world famous archipelago.
The shipyard was designed from the outset as a high quality technology centre capable of working to the demanding standards of Nautor’s Swan, and was designated as the brand’s base for the Mediterranean. The Swan Mediterranean Service Centre offers yacht owners – in both power and sail – the most qualified experience.
Founded and developed as a Marina Resort & Boatyard, Marina di Scarlino is a rare example of integrated offering. The Marina’s guests can enjoy a wide variety of services that go far beyond nautical services to include apartments and hotel rooms, with upcoming luxury real estate project, shops, bars, restaurants, a beauty centre, beach and pool clubs and can participate or spectate recreational and sporting events.
