NAUTOR SWAN PROMISES A VIBRANT 2024

During the press cocktail at BOOT Düsseldorf, Nautor Swan unveiled the latest updates from the company promising a sparkling 2024 for the group.

Thanks to the new product strategy implemented, the turnover growth over the past year is +16% with:

  • Active order portfolio over 150 Mln Euro;
  • 5 new models under construction across sail and motor: ClubSwan 28, ClubSwan 43, Swan 88, Swan 128, Swan Arrow;
  • Investment in new models ready in the upcoming future.

The exciting projects Giovanni Pomati, CEO of Nautor Group, announced during Cannes Yachting Festival, last September are proceeding at full speed and more is about to be announced in the Swan Maxi range and in the power yacht division.

The Swan 51 from the pen of Germán Frers for the exteriors and Misa Poggi for the interiors, is available in three versions to meet customers’ sailing needs – cruise, comfort and sport. She is under construction at the BTC with the clear feeling she’s going to be another of Swan’s best-sellers. In fact the Swan 51 steps into the narrow space between the Swan 48 and Swan 55, and draws valuable design insights and experience from the great success of both those models.

The ClubSwan 43 and ClubSwan 28, part of the ClubSwan range of pure racers will hit the water in spring to gift us with amazing performances at 2024 key regattas and ClubSwan exclusive racing events.

On the motor yacht side, Nautor’s strategy to broaden the range is taking shape with the Swan Arrow 75 footer – sporty and elegant, designed by Jarkko Jamsén, the motor yacht division resident designer, who has created a beautiful piece of art. With elegant and contemporary design, refined lines and voluminous interior, Swan Arrow proves to be an “open” yacht well suited to extended  cruising.

The yacht can be fully customized – in fact hull number 1 has interior design by Axel de Beaufort with creative direction by Ioanna Marinopoulos.

Giovanni Pomati, Nautor Group CEO commented “We are thrilled to start the new year with so many updates to share with our passionate followers. We are working on more, but we want to tickle your curiosity! Joking apart, we are going through a very positive, but still challenging period and we are striving to do our best to deliver our beautiful yachts, both in the sailing and power segments.”

Boot Düsseldorf, one of the most important boat shows for Nautor Swan, is also the stage to present the ClubSwan Racing circuit of events for 2024 and 2025 across the entire Swan Rating and One Design ranges.

Both the Rating and One Design fleets will have their own dedicated circuits. The season 2024 starts in February in the Caribbean with the RORC Caribbean 600, part of the Swan Maxi Series, which includes eight events for the Maxi Swan owners around the globe.

The Rating calendar also includes four regional series which will be held in the Mediterranean (ORC MED Championship, Loro Piana Giraglia, Copa del Rey Mapfre, Les Voiles de St Tropez), Nordic (Kieler Woche, Gotland Runt, the first edition of the Swan Nordic Regatta – in August in Copenhagen–  and ORC Europeans), The Solent (Round the Island Race, Cowes-Dinard-San Malo Race, Taittinger Royal Solent Yacht Club Regatta, Cowes Week) and North America (NYYC 170 Annual Regatta, NYYC Race Week, Safe Harbour Race Weekend, ORC Worlds), while the icing on the ClubSwan Racing cake is Rolex Swan Cup 2024 expecting more than 100 yachts representing 58 years of Swan.

The One Design action begins with the ClubSwan 36 class returning to Scarlino – for the Swan Tuscany Challenge, from April 17-21, where the ClubSwan 50s will warm up on the same race course. The event marks the first of the seven regattas which make up The Nations League.

The following month will see the ClubSwan 36 and 50 classes gather for the Swan Bonifacio Challenge.

June sees the third leg the highly competitive circuit, with the Swan Sardinia Challenge, hosted for the first time in Alghero. July brings the spotlight to the ClubSwan 42s competing at Trofeo S. M. La Reina in Valencia and Copa del Rey MAPFRE in Palma de Mallorca. While in September, all ClubSwan classes (including the newborn ClubSwan 43 and ClubSwan 28) will contest at the Rolex Swan Cup organized with the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and with longstanding partner Rolex.

The 2024 season comes to a fitting conclusion in October with all the One Design classes gathering for the Swan One Design Worlds in Palma de Mallorca, a finale which will also determine the destination of The Nations League title as well as the world titles in each fleet.

The ClubSwan 28 season will then come to an end with a dedicated event under the organization of Yacht Club Marina di Villasimius.

2025 offers once again an exhilarating globetrotting calendar that has something for everyone in the most beautiful and glamourous venues in the world.,

The pinnacle event of the 2025 season will be The Nations League, in Saint Tropez, in its new format, where, for the first time, both One Design and Rating fleets will race in the beautiful waters of the South of France.

Guests have been welcomed and hosted by Nautor Team, dressed by Henri-Lloyd, official sportswear, at the beautiful spaces and lounges designed by Misa Poggi featuring Nautor Swan’s partnership with the Italian brand Ethimo, the iconic outdoor furniture collection in natural teak with innovative fabrics – which create an enjoyable balancing act based on the concepts of beauty, design, functionality, quality and ‘Made in Italy’. Luxury brand Heirlooms will dress the Swan 58 with their renowned luxury linens of exceptional quality, while Foglizzo luxury leather accessories, appreciated for their unique style and quality, represent Italian excellence as part of the décor, and at the same time are an expression of the Nautor Swan DNA.

To make the experience more pleasurable, a cocktail hosted with Henri Lloyd was the occasion to taste a selection of Lavazza coffees and fine sparkling wines by Ferrari Trento and Tassoni Gin Tonic.
