Randstad has been a partner of ClubSwan Racing circuit since 2021, presenting awards to the winners of the races and organising special events dedicated to Swan owners. Sailing is also a means for Randstad to offer trainee positions; on board the Clipper, a reconstruction of a 19^th century clipper ship, individuals seeking work experience in operating sailing vessels as well as in the hospitality industry can practice to join the workforce.
