NSGS Badalona: Behind the Scenes
The stunning images of the Swan 105-002 “SELENA” during its haul-in operations highlight the exceptional performance of our 300T travel lift. Operating in peak condition, this robust equipment ensures the safe and precise handling of even the largest yachts.
An unforgettable encounter at the yard
At our Badalona facilities, we were honored to host two extraordinary yachts with deep roots in America’s Cup history:
- Flica, a timeless 12-Metre Classic, embodies the elegance and craftsmanship of a bygone era, celebrated for its role in Olympic Games and America’s Cup competitions from 1958 to 1987. Caring for this historic vessel and unstepping its mast was a true privilege.
- Patriot, an AC75 from the 36th America’s Cup, represents the cutting edge of modern yacht design, reflecting the technological innovation and ambition of contemporary sailing.
These two vessels, separated by nearly a century of evolution, stand as powerful symbols of the passion and ingenuity that define the world of yachting.
At Nautor Swan Global Service, we are proud to work with yachts of every era, from preserving the charm of historic classics to enhancing the performance of modern marvels.

NSGS Scarlino: haul-out series
The haul-out series at NSGS Scarlino Yardcontinues with the arrival of Swan 75-002 “Anteo”, Swan 75-005 “Mai Mai“, Swan 58-026 “Jupiter”.
A few fascinating updates on these yachts:
- Jupiter, launched last summer in our hometown of Pietarsaari-Jakobstad, has already sailed over 4,000 miles on her journey to the Mediterranean. One of the most memorable highlights of her voyage was an unforgettable passage through the stunning Lofoten Islands in Norway.
- Mai Mai is currently crossing the Atlantic and participating in the prestigious ARC Regatta. We wish fair winds and smooth sailing to her crew as they continue their journey!
It’s inspiring to witness the remarkable journeys and achievements of these yachts, and we’re proud to support them at every stage of their voyages.
