Stephan and his wife are enchanted by the magic of the light, the beautiful sunsets as far as the eye can see, and the tides that ceaselessly command this place.

How did your passion for sailing come about and why did you choose Nautor Swan?

I grew up in a sailing family: already as a small child I went sailing with my father at the weekends. I did my first sailing course in an Optimist.

What fascinates me about sailing is that it never gets boring. There is so much to consider: everything concerning the boat, like technology, care, maintenance and further development. Then there are the social aspects like the crew and how we get along together, and last but not least the influence of the sailing area and the weather, components that make every trip something new.
