Why did you choose Nautor Swan and how did the choice of the Swan 48 MKII come about?

I saw my first Swan when, as a young sailor, I dropped anchor in a summer cove. Absent-mindedly, I lifted my head, my eyes numbed by the sun, and saw it majestically appear before me. That Swan stood out among all the boats anchored there. The next day, it passed by with sails unfurled, elegant and powerful as ever. I never forgot it! From that moment, the countdown began: when I will own one?

The 48, for us, was the best compromise between the freedom of sailing with a small crew and the ambition to reach distant destinations, safely and in all weather conditions.
