Four days of exciting racing with nine superyachts competing in the crystalline waters of Antigua. Among them Swan 90 FREYA, which will be 10 years old in a few months. This charming yet highly competitive “lady” gained second place in the Corsairs class.
Ken Keefe, Nautor’s Swan sales representative in San Francisco, commented “25-27 knots in the Caribbean Sea with a big sea running hard off the coast of Antigua. Freya will be 10 years old in a few months, she is as finely built as any boat in the world! We have a good crew, the other boats have professional drivers, I have Don driving the boat at 70 years old. In this picture, I am giving Don a break, you can see how twisted the leech of the main is as we crash thru the wave.”
