CUSTOMER CARE


As part of the services offered by ClubSwan to its members, the Customer Care department- located at the yard, Pietarsaari, Finland- manages the warranty handling for all the yachts that leave the yard. Each new yacht has a nominated Customsr Care representative who will be introduced to the owner of their representative at delivery. This person will be the main point of contact at the yard for any questions or if support is needed after the delivery.
