Within the services offered by the ClubSwan, a central office in the main factory is responsible for the Technical Services provided to owners.
The technicians provide clients with information, data and suggestion related to their yachts.


The Technical Office also co-ordinate the direct assistance available world-wide through the network of Authorised Service Centres.
In this way, Nautor's Swan offer the same qualified technical assistance that Swan Owners would receive at the factory.


On visiting an Authorised Service Centre, Swan Owners may be certain that warranty and maintenance work will be undertaken by qualified individuals intimately familiar with Swan yachts.
The selected yards are certified by Nautor and are fully equipped with data and designs for all Swans models.


The Service Centres have been selected by Nautor on the basis of skill, competence and servicing of the highest quality.
Each Service Centre works closely with the factory, offering the level of assistance that every Swan merits.
When servicing a Swan yacht, the yards receive active support from the factory, including component materials and parts.


In addition, the Service Centres make sure that essential spare parts are available locally to maximise convenience.
