The new Nautor yard in Pietarsaari officially opened in 2000, then as the head quarters for super and custom yachts.  On November 2006, the new and extended yard and private marina was inaugurated. The facility is now home to Nautor's Swan's new headquarters and main assembly, enabling the majority of staff to work under one roof.
The Yard is located at the Boat Building Technology center close to the commercial harbor of Pietarsaari. The Nautor yard occupies most of the 9 hectare area of BTC, and after the extension, the Nautor Pietarsaari yard stretches to a 13017 square meter of floor area in total.
